Every track at Mindforge follows the same underlying approach, regardless of level. The subject matter changes; the structure doesn't.
Foundation modules
Short, focused reading and reference material. Enough theory to understand what you're building — not more.
Guided exercises
Worked examples you complete yourself. Structured enough to follow; open enough to require thinking.
Project build
A self-directed project using the skills from the preceding modules. This is the main output of each track segment.
Mentor review
Written feedback from your mentor on the submitted project. What worked, what to revisit, and what to focus on next.
Beginner's Workbench Track
A welcoming start in programming and data fundamentals for AI, with mentor support and steady practice. For determined beginners. Includes guided starter projects. No prior coding knowledge is assumed.

Hands-On ML Studio
A project-based course building practical models with mentor feedback and code reviews. Suited to learners with basic programming ability. Builds a real portfolio of ML work you can show and explain.

An advanced, mentor-led programme on building robust AI systems with care and good engineering habits. Focused on depth and portfolio quality. Effort and consistency matter most at this level.

Version-controlled project work
All project code is managed with Git from the start. Mentors review commits, not just final submissions.
5-day feedback turnaround
Submitted projects receive written mentor feedback within five working days. No exceptions.
PDPA data handling
Learner data managed under Thailand's PDPA. No commercial sharing, no unnecessary collection.
Annual content review
Technical curriculum reviewed each year. Outdated libraries or deprecated approaches are replaced before each new cohort.
Max 20 learners per cohort
Cohort size is capped. If demand exceeds capacity, a waitlist opens for the next session.
Post-track learner survey
Structured feedback collected at end of each cohort. Results feed into the annual curriculum revision.
